    Matchmaking is the process of evaluating compatibility between two individuals by analyzing their birth particulars or Kundli. This practice is traditionally performed before marriage to assess the harmony between the prospective bride and groom.

    In astrology-based matchmaking, there are eight key components, each assigned specific points. Together, these components form a total of 36 Gunas or points. For a marriage or partnership to be considered successful, a minimum of 18 Gunas must be matched.
