Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. No refunds once order reaches “processing” stage.
  2. Order cancellations must be made within 1 hour of payment.
  3. Delays may occur; not grounds for refund.
  4. No refunds for incorrect data provided by customer.
  5. Delays in subscription will be compensated pro-rata.
  6. No refunds for damaged products post-delivery.
  7. Sharvv.com is not liable for astrological effectiveness of items.
  8. Damage during transit will be handled by Sharvv.com.
  9. Images may differ slightly from actual products.
  10. Ensure phone number is reachable for consultations.
  11. Refunds exclude transaction, shipping, and handling fees.
  12. Duplicate payments will be refunded after retaining one order.
  13. Opened gemstone returns incur a deduction of ₹350–₹1500.
  14. Report damaged/wrong product within 24 hours of delivery.
  15. ₹200 deduction for cancelled prepaid orders post-dispatch.
  16. Customer must return damaged items at their own cost.
  17. Return courier fee of Rs. 200 will be deducted
  18. Bracelet testing certificate costs Rs. 99
  19. Half cost of Rudraksha(s) will be deducted on returns
  20. Return must include a government-approved lab certificate
  21. Free shipping for orders above Rs. 501 only

Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Sharvv, we take pride in offering handcrafted natural gemstones and jewelry, making each piece truly unique. However, due to the nature of our products, please review the following policy carefully before placing any return, exchange, or refund request.

Return & Exchange Policy

While we want every customer to be satisfied, not all return, refund, or exchange requests can be accepted. Sharvv reserves the right to refuse any request that does not meet the conditions listed below.

Eligibility

  • Order was damaged during transit, or
  • An incorrect product was delivered.

Proof Requirement

Customers must provide videographic proof (unboxing video clearly showing the product in its original packaging). Without this, Sharvv cannot process any return or exchange request.

Timeframe & Condition

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with certifications and packaging intact.
  • Tampered products or damaged certifications will be rejected.

Exclusions

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 7-day window.

Authenticity Guarantee

You may verify your gemstone at a government-recognized gemological institute (ISO-certified or internationally reputed). If proven synthetic/artificial, you are entitled to a 100% refund, return, or exchange.

Shipping & Charges

  • Courier charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.
  • Sharvv does not arrange pickups.
  • All return/exchange shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

  • Personalized rings/jewelry/bracelets (specific sizes)

Note: Due to high risk of counterfeit replacements, Sharvv cannot accept returns for personalized or custom-fit items.

Refund Policy

Process

If your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–12 working days (subject to bank timelines). Customers will be notified via email after inspection.

Important Notes

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment source.
  • For COD orders above ₹2 lakh, KYC (PAN, cancelled cheque, passbook) may be required.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds usually reflect within 5–7 working days.
  • Delays caused by banks or third-party services are beyond Sharvv’s control.

  • Slight size or color variations (due to lighting or natural differences)

Sale Items

All sale/discounted items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged products, subject to stock availability. Contact support@sharvv.com within 7 days to initiate. Customers must bear return shipping costs.

Gifts

If purchased as a gift, you will receive a gift credit upon approval of the return. If not purchased as a gift, refunds will only be issued to the original buyer’s payment method.

International Orders

Refunds for international orders will be processed within 40–45 days. Sharvv is not responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import charges. If a shipment is refused or cancelled after dispatch, the customer bears all return/custom charges. Refunds will be issued only after Sharvv receives the returned product.
